Fancy Ravioli
A classic and delicious hot dog made with a juicy sausage and a soft bun. Achieving a restaurant-quality result is easy by toasting the buns in butter and choosing high-quality toppings.
Ingredients
| 4 pcs | hot dog bun |
| 4 pcs | sausage |
| 20 g | butter |
| 20 ml | mustard |
| 20 ml | ketchup |
| 1 pcs | jalapeno |
| 1 pcs | red onion |
Instructions
Heat the sausages
Boil water in a pot, remove from heat and add 4 pcs sausage. Let the sausages heat for 5 minutes.
Prepare the buns
Slice 4 pcs hot dog bun lengthwise if they are not already pre-cut.
Toast the buns
Melt 20 g butter in a pan and toast the inside surfaces of the buns over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
Add condiments
Spread 20 ml mustard and 20 ml ketchup on the bottom of each toasted bun.
Assemble the hot dogs
Place a hot sausage into each bun on top of the condiments.
Add toppings
Slice 1 pcs jalapeno and chop 1 pcs red onion. Distribute these evenly over the hot dogs for flavor and crunch.
