Salty Curry
A traditional, crispy pizza dough for a single baking sheet. The dough is made from wheat flour and finished with a small amount of butter to enhance flavor and texture.
Ingredients
| 250 ml | water |
| 25 g | fresh yeast |
| 400 g | wheat flour |
| 5 g | salt |
| 20 g | butter |
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast
Heat 250 ml water to lukewarm temperature and crumble 25 g fresh yeast into it. Mix until the yeast has dissolved.
Knead the dough
Add 400 g wheat flour and 5 g salt to the liquid. Knead the dough for a moment, then add 20 g butter. Continue kneading until the dough is elastic and pulls away from the edges of the bowl.
Rise
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Roll out the base
Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead out any air bubbles, and roll it out into a sheet size suitable for a baking tray.
