Perinteinen, rapeaksi paistuva pizzapohja yhdelle uunipellille. Taikina valmistetaan vehnäjauhoista ja viimeistellään pienellä määrällä voita tuomaan makua ja rakennetta.

2.5 dlvettä
25 gtuorehiivaa
400 gvehnäjauhoja
5 gsuolaa
20 gvoita

Instructions

Dissolve the yeast

Heat 2.5 dl water to lukewarm temperature and crumble 25 g fresh yeast into it. Mix until the yeast has dissolved.

Knead the dough

Add 400 g wheat flour and 5 g salt to the liquid. Knead the dough for a moment, then add 20 g butter. Continue kneading until the dough is elastic and pulls away from the edges of the bowl.

Rise

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Roll out the base

Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead out any air bubbles, and roll it out into a sheet size suitable for a baking tray.

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

7. Liability
