Salty Curry
Tämä klassinen pannukakku on helppo valmistaa ja se maistuu koko perheelle. Sopii erinomaisesti jälkiruoaksi tai makeaksi välipalaksi, tarjoile esimerkiksi marjojen ja kermavaahdon kanssa.
Ingredientes
| 4 dl | vehnäjauhoja |
| 1.5 dl | sokeria |
| 1 cdta | leivinjauhetta |
| 1 cdta | suolaa |
| 1 cdta | vaniljasokeria |
| 8 dl | maitoa |
| 2 ud | kananmunaa |
| 100 g | margariinia |
Instrucciones
Preheat the oven to 225°C (or 200°C for fan-assisted ovens).
Melt 100 g margarine and let it cool slightly.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: 4 dl flour, 1.5 dl sugar, 1 cdta baking powder, 1 cdta salt, and 1 cdta vanilla sugar.
Add 8 dl milk, 2 ud eggs, and the melted, cooled margarine to the dry ingredients.
Mix until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix; small lumps are allowed.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 225°C (or 200°C for fan-assisted ovens) for 30 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
