| 100 g | margariinia |
手順
Preheat the oven to 225°C (or 200°C for fan-assisted ovens).
Melt 100 g margarine and let it cool slightly.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: 4 dl flour, 1.5 dl sugar, 1 小さじ baking powder, 1 小さじ salt, and 1 小さじ vanilla sugar.
Add 8 dl milk, 2 個 eggs, and the melted, cooled margarine to the dry ingredients.
Mix until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix; small lumps are allowed.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 225°C (or 200°C for fan-assisted ovens) for 30 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
