Fancy Ravioli

Un pan blanco de corteza crujiente e interior tierno, ideal como acompañamiento de sopas o para preparar un sándwich relleno.

Ingredientes

315 mlagua
11 glevadura
5 mlsal
325 gharina de trigo
15 mlaceite

Pasos

Calentamiento del agua

Caliente 300 ml agua en una olla o bol hasta que esté a temperatura ambiente, aproximadamente a 37 grados.

Disolución de la levadura

Mida 11 g levadura en un bol y mézclelo con el agua tibia.

Sazonado

Añada 5 ml sal al líquido para darle sabor al pan.

Adición de la harina

Incorpore gradualmente 325 g harina de trigo a la masa hasta que se desprenda de los bordes del bol.

Adición del aceite

Al final del amasado, añada 15 ml aceite y amase hasta que la masa esté suave y elástica.

Primera fermentación

Cubra el bol con un paño y deje que la masa suba en un lugar cálido durante unos 45 minutos, hasta que doble su tamaño.

Calentamiento del horno

Precaliente el horno a 225 °C para que esté listo para hornear.

Formado de los panes

Divida la masa en dos partes, deles forma de barras largas y estrechas sobre una superficie enharinada y colóquelas en una bandeja de horno con papel de hornear.

Segunda fermentación

Cubra los panes con un paño y déjelos reposar en la bandeja otros 20 minutos.

Corte y pincelado

Haga unos cortes diagonales en la superficie de los panes con un cuchillo afilado y pincele ligeramente con 15 ml agua para obtener una corteza crujiente.

Horneado

Hornee las baguettes en la rejilla central durante 12-15 minutos hasta que tengan un bonito color dorado.

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability
