1500 mlwater
400 gground beef
2beef bouillon cubes
10allspice berries
2bay leaves
750 gfrozen mixed soup vegetables
5 gsalt
50 mlparsley
Étapes
Heating water
Measure 1500 ml water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Browning the meat
Brown the 400 g ground beef in a pan or a separate dish in its own fat until fully cooked.
Seasoning
Add 2 beef bouillon cubes, 10 allspice berries, 2 bay leaves and the browned ground beef to the boiling water.
Cooking the vegetables
Add 750 g frozen mixed soup vegetables to the pot and let simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes or until tender.
Finishing
Finally, season the soup with a pinch of 5 g salt and garnish with chopped 50 ml parsley.
