A traditional and crispy pizza dough that is easy to make at home. Perfectly sized for one standard baking sheet.

Ingredients

250 mlwarm water
10 gdry yeast
400 gwheat flour
5 gsalt
20 mlolive oil

Instructions

Prepare the liquid

Mix 250 ml warm water and 10 g dry yeast in a bowl. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

Mix the dough

Add 400 g wheat flour, 5 g salt and 20 ml olive oil. Knead the dough by hand or with a machine for about 10 minutes until, elastic.

Rise the dough

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Roll and shape

Roll out the risen dough into a sheet sized for the baking tray on top of parchment paper.
