Mustikkakukko

Rukiinen mustikkapiirakka on perinteinen savolainen jälkiruoka, jossa rapea kuori kätkee sisäänsä mehevän marjatäytteen. Tämä herkku tarjoillaan usein lämpimänä vaniljajäätelön tai kermavaahdon kera.

Ingredients

200 gvoita
135 gsokeria
260 gruisjauhoja
5 mlleivinjauhetta
500 gmustikoita
10 gperunajauhoja

Steps

Uunin esilämmitys

Lämmitä uuni 200 asteeseen.

Voin ja sokerin vaahdotus

Vaahdota kulhossa sähkövatkaimella pehmeä 200 g voita ja 90 g sokeria vaaleaksi vaahdoksi.

Kuivien aineiden lisääminen

Sekoita voivaahtoon 260 g ruisjauhoja ja 5 ml leivinjauhetta tasaiseksi taikinaksi.

Vuoan vuoraaminen

Painele noin kaksi kolmasosaa taikinasta korkeareunaisen uuninvuoan pohjalle ja reunoille.

Täytteen valmistelu

Sekoita kulhossa 500 g mustikoita, 45 g sokeria ja 10 g perunajauhoja keskenään.

Täytteen lisääminen

Kaada mustikkaseos taikinalla vuorattuun uunivuokaan.

Kannen valmistus

Kauli loppu taikina jauhotetulla tasolla vuoan kokoiseksi kanneksi ja nosta se mustikoiden päälle.

Reunojen ummistaminen

Paina kannen reunat tiiviisti yhteen pohjaosan reunojen kanssa, jotta täyte pysyy sisällä.

Paistaminen

Paista mustikkakukkoa uunin alatasolla 200 asteessa ensin 30 minuuttia, laske sitten lämpö 150 asteeseen ja jatka paistamista vielä 30 minuuttia.

Cuukbuuk is a recipe and cookbook service. You can save recipes and use AI features. We may update or remove features as needed.

3. Fair use

Where the service refers to unlimited use (e.g. recipe generation or edits), this means use without daily caps or credits for normal personal use. A fair use policy applies: automated or other unusually heavy or abusive load may result in limits.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.

9. Changes to terms

We may update the terms. We will inform you of significant changes (e.g. by email or in the service). By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms. We interpret the terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

The service is Finnish and is provided under Finnish law. Any disputes relating to the service shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
