Waffles

Crispy and tasty waffles made by combining dry ingredients, milk, eggs, and fat into a smooth batter, baked in a waffle iron until beautifully golden.

Ingredients

130 gwhole wheat flour
260 gwheat flour
45 gsugar
7 gbaking powder
8 gvanilla sugar
3 gsalt
500 mlskimmed milk
2eggs
50 gEleplant or butter
50 mlrapeseed oil
100 mlmineral water

Steps

Mix the dry ingredients

Measure 130 g whole wheat flour, 260 g wheat flour, 45 g sugar, 7 g baking powder, 8 g vanilla sugar, and 3 g salt into a bowl and mix them together.

Add milk and eggs

Whisk 500 ml skimmed milk and 2 eggs into the dry ingredients until the batter is completely smooth.

Melt the fat

Melt 50 g Eleplant or butter in a saucepan or microwave.

Finish the batter

Add the melted fat, 50 ml rapeseed oil, and 100 ml mineral water to the batter and mix lightly until smooth.

Let the batter rest

Let the waffle batter rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes before baking.

Bake the waffles

Heat the waffle iron and ladle about 100 ml of batter at a time until the waffles are beautifully colored and crispy.

1. Terms

These terms apply to the Cuukbuuk service. By using the service you accept them. We decide how the service is provided and how these terms are interpreted.

Cuukbuuk is a recipe and cookbook service. You can save recipes and use AI features. We may update or remove features as needed.

3. Fair use

Where the service refers to unlimited use (e.g. recipe generation or edits), this means use without daily caps or credits for normal personal use. A fair use policy applies: automated or other unusually heavy or abusive load may result in limits.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.

9. Changes to terms

We may update the terms. We will inform you of significant changes (e.g. by email or in the service). By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms. We interpret the terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

The service is Finnish and is provided under Finnish law. Any disputes relating to the service shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
