Crispy and tasty waffles made by combining dry ingredients, milk, eggs, and fat into a smooth batter, baked in a waffle iron until beautifully golden.

Measure 130 g whole wheat flour, 260 g wheat flour, 45 g sugar, 7 g baking powder, 8 g vanilla sugar, and 3 g salt into a bowl and mix them together.
Whisk 500 ml skimmed milk and 2 eggs into the dry ingredients until the batter is completely smooth.
Melt 50 g Eleplant or butter in a saucepan or microwave.
Add the melted fat, 50 ml rapeseed oil, and 100 ml mineral water to the batter and mix lightly until smooth.
Let the waffle batter rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes before baking.
Heat the waffle iron and ladle about 100 ml of batter at a time until the waffles are beautifully colored and crispy.
