Lihapullat

Perinteiset ja mehevät jauhelihapyörykät, jotka saavat makua sipulista, persiljasta ja kermasta. Nämä lihapullat sopivat täydellisesti tarjoiltavaksi perunamuusin ja kermakastikkeen kera.

1pieni sipuli
100 毫升kuohukermaa
60 克korppujauhoja
1kananmuna
30 毫升kermaviiliä
6 克suolaa
2.5 毫升Tabascoa
2.5 毫升mustapippuria
30 毫升lehtipersiljaa
400 克naudanjauhelihaa

步骤

Esilämmitä uuni ja valmistele sipuli

Laita uuni lämpenemään 225 asteeseen. Kuori ja hienonna 1 pieni sipuli aivan pieneksi silpuksi.

Turvota korppujauhot

Sekoita kulhossa 100 毫升 kuohukermaa ja 60 克 korppujauhoja. Anna seoksen turvota 10 minuuttia.

Lisää nesteet ja mausteet

Lisää korppujauhoseokseen 1 kananmuna, 30 毫升 kermaviiliä, 6 克 suolaa, 2.5 毫升 Tabascoa sekä 2.5 毫升 mustapippuria. Sekoita tasaiseksi.

Valmistele persilja

Hienonna 30 毫升 lehtipersiljaa ja lisää se mausteseoksen joukkoon.

Sekoita mureketaikina

Lisää joukkoon 400 克 naudanjauhelihaa ja hienonnettu sipuli. Sekoita taikina tasaiseksi massaksi.

Muotoile lihapullat

Pyörittele taikinasta kostutetuin käsin pieniä lihapullia.

Paista lihapullat

Nosta lihapullat uunipellille ja paista uunissa 10-15 minuuttia, kunnes ne ovat täysin kypsiä.

These terms apply to the Cuukbuuk service. By using the service you accept them. We decide how the service is provided and how these terms are interpreted.

2. Service

Cuukbuuk is a recipe and cookbook service. You can save recipes and use AI features. We may update or remove features as needed.

3. Fair use

Where the service refers to unlimited use (e.g. recipe generation or edits), this means use without daily caps or credits for normal personal use. A fair use policy applies: automated or other unusually heavy or abusive load may result in limits.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.

9. Changes to terms

We may update the terms. We will inform you of significant changes (e.g. by email or in the service). By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms. We interpret the terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

The service is Finnish and is provided under Finnish law. Any disputes relating to the service shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
