Fancy Ravioli
Nopea ja helppo arkiruoka, jossa täyteläinen kastike yhdistyy herkullisen makaronin kanssa.
Ingredientes
| 400 g | makaronia |
| 200 g | kinkkua |
| 1 ud | valkosipulinkynttä |
| 2 dl | ruokakermaa |
| 1 ud | lihaliemikuutiota |
| 2 cda | ketsuppia |
| 1 g | mustapippuria |
| 1 cda | rypsiöljyä |
| 100 g | juustoraastetta |
Instrucciones
Start by cooking 400 g macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions. Remember to save about 100 ml pasta water before draining the cooked pasta.
Dice 200 g ham into small cubes to prepare them for frying.
Finely chop 1 ud garlic clove.
Mix the reserved pasta water with 1 ud beef bouillon cube until the cube has dissolved.
Heat 1 cda rapeseed oil in a pan. Add the garlic and 200 g ham, frying briefly until browned.
Pour 2 dl cooking cream and the prepared broth into the pan. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in 2 cda ketchup and 1 g black pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and combine well.
Sprinkle with 100 g grated cheese and let melt before serving.
