Fancy Ravioli

Nopea ja herkullinen versio suomalaisesta makaronilaatikosta, joka sopii mainiosti arkeen ja viikonloppuun.

Ingrédients

400 gmakaroni
400 gjauheliha
1 pcsipuli
1 c. à s.rypsiöljy
2 pcmuna
3 dlmaito
2 c. à c.suola
0.5 c. à c.mustapippuri
1 c. à c.paprikajauhe

Instructions

Prepare oven and macaroni

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil 400 g macaroni in salted water until nearly cooked according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly.

Sauté meat and onion

Peel and chop 1 pc onion. Heat 1 c. à s. rapeseed oil in a pan and sauté the onion for a few minutes. Add 400 g ground meat and brown it. Season with 1 c. à c. salt, 0.5 c. à c. black pepper and 1 c. à c. paprika powder.

Prepare egg and milk mixture

Whisk 2 pc egg in a bowl. Add 3 dl milk and mix well.

Assemble the casserole

Spread the drained macaroni into a greased baking dish. Add the browned meat and onion mixture on top and mix gently. Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over everything.

Bake in the oven

Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the mixture has set.

Rest and serve

Let the casserole rest for a moment before serving. Serve as is or with a salad.

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.
