
Makaronilaatikko
Fancy Ravioli
Nopea ja herkullinen versio suomalaisesta makaronilaatikosta, joka sopii mainiosti arkeen ja viikonloppuun.
Ingredientes
| 400 g | makaroni |
| 400 g | jauheliha |
| 1 un | sipuli |
| 1 c. sopa | rypsiöljy |
| 2 un | muna |
| 3 dl | maito |
| 2 c. chá | suola |
| 0.5 c. chá | mustapippuri |
| 1 c. chá | paprikajauhe |
Instruções
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil 400 g macaroni in salted water until nearly cooked according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
Peel and chop 1 un onion. Heat 1 c. sopa rapeseed oil in a pan and sauté the onion for a few minutes. Add 400 g ground meat and brown it. Season with 1 c. chá salt, 0.5 c. chá black pepper and 1 c. chá paprika powder.
Whisk 2 un egg in a bowl. Add 3 dl milk and mix well.
Spread the drained macaroni into a greased baking dish. Add the browned meat and onion mixture on top and mix gently. Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over everything.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the mixture has set.
Let the casserole rest for a moment before serving. Serve as is or with a salad.
