
Spagetti ja Jauhelihakastike Yrttimausteella
Smoky Quiche
Nopea ja herkullinen jauhelihakastike spagetin kera. Tarjoaa täyteläisen maun ilman sipulia. Ruokakerma tuo pehmeyttä ja rypsiöljy estää spagetin tarttumisen. Tässä versiossa käytetään yrttimaustesekoitusta valkosipulin sijaan.
Ingredientes
| 300 g | Spagetti |
| 400 g | Jauheliha |
| 1 c. chá | Yrttimaustesekoitus |
| 4 dl | Mutti Pastakastike Parmigiano Reggianolla |
| 1 dl | Ruokakerma |
| 1 c. sopa | Rypsiöljy |
| 0.5 c. sopa | Oliiviöljy |
| 1 c. chá | Suola |
| 0.5 c. chá | Mustapippuri |
| 1 dl | Vesi |
Instruções
Bring a large pot of water to a boil on the stove. Once boiling, add 1 c. chá salt for the pasta.
Add 300 g spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 10 minutes, until al dente.
Heat 1 c. sopa rapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add 400 g minced meat and brown until crumbly. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in 1 c. chá herb blend and 0.5 c. chá black pepper to the browned meat. Mix well.
Pour 4 dl Mutti Pasta Sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano and 1 dl water into the pan. Stir the ingredients together.
Stir in 1 dl cooking cream until smooth. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Drain the cooked spaghetti. Add 0.5 c. sopa olive oil to the pasta and toss gently.
Divide the spaghetti onto plates. Spoon the meat sauce on top and serve immediately.
