
Chorizo Bacon Sandwich
This rich and hearty breakfast sandwich combines spicy sausage, crispy bacon, and a fried egg with melted cheese. It's the perfect choice for a slow weekend breakfast or a substantial snack.
Ingredientes

Peel and julienne 1 onion and slice 1 green bell pepper into thin strips.
Slice 150 g chorizo into thin rounds.
Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium heat and add 15 ml cooking oil.
Fry the chorizo slices and 140 g bacon in the pan until the bacon is crispy and the sausage has browned.
Move the meat to the side of the pan and add the onion and pepper strips. Sauté them in the meat fat until the onion has softened and gained some color.
Crack 1 egg into the pan and fry it to your desired doneness, seasoning with a pinch of 1,25 ml salt and 1,25 ml black pepper.
Spread 10 g butter onto the surface of 2 slices of rustic bread and place them on the pan to toast until golden brown.
Sprinkle 50 g cheese over the toasted bread slice and let it melt for a moment.
Place the fried egg, bacon strips, chorizo slices, and the onion-pepper mixture on top of the cheese.
