| 0.5 c. chá | mustapippuria |
| 3 c. sopa | ketsuppia |
| 1 c. sopa | hunajaa |
| 1 c. sopa | valkoviinietikkaa |
| 1 c. sopa | soijakastiketta |
Instruções
Finely chop 1 un red chili and cut 2 un tomato into very small cubes.
Melt 50 g butter in a saucepan over medium heat until completely melted.
Add the chopped red chili and 1 c. chá crushed garlic to the butter and sauté for a moment.
Stir in the diced tomatoes along with 1 c. chá paprika powder, 0.5 c. chá salt, and 0.5 c. chá black pepper.
Add 3 c. sopa ketchup, 1 c. sopa honey, 1 c. sopa white wine vinegar, and 1 c. sopa soy sauce to the saucepan.
Let the sauce simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and the sauce thickens.
If desired, blend the sauce with an immersion blender until smooth before pouring it over cooked chicken wings.
