Ruskeakastike (perusohje)

Tämä on perusohje herkullisen ja monikäyttöisen ruskeakastikkeen valmistamiseen. Sopii mainiosti liharuokien, makaronilaatikon tai vaikkapa perunamuusin kanssa.

Ingredientes

50 gvoita
27 gvehnäjauhoja
400 mlvettä
1lihaliemikuutio
2,5 mlsuolaa
1,25 mlvalkopippuria

Passos

Valmista voi-jauhoseos

Sulata 50 g voita kattilassa keskilämmöllä. Lisää 27 g vehnäjauhoja ja paista seosta koko ajan sekoittaen, kunnes se on kauniin ruskeaa (varo polttamasta).

Lisää neste ja kiehauta

Lisää vähitellen 400 ml vettä seokseen samalla voimakkaasti vispilällä sekoittaen, jotta paakkuja ei muodostu. Kuumenna kastike kiehuvaksi.

Sekoita ja suurusta

Anna kastikkeen poreilla hiljalleen muutama minuutti, kunnes se sakenee. Sekoita joukkoon 1 lihaliemikuutio.

Mausta kastike

Lisää 2,5 ml suolaa ja 1,25 ml valkopippuria. Sekoita hyvin ja maista. Säädä mausteita tarvittaessa.

Tarjoile

Tarjoile valmis ruskeakastike kuumana esimerkiksi liharuokien tai perunoiden kanssa.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability
