
Ruskeakastike (perusohje)
Salty Curry
Tämä on perusohje herkullisen ja monikäyttöisen ruskeakastikkeen valmistamiseen. Sopii mainiosti liharuokien, makaronilaatikon tai vaikkapa perunamuusin kanssa.

| 5 dl | vesi |

Prepare the roux
Melt 50 g butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 큰 술 wheat flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is a nice brown color (be careful not to burn it).
Add liquid and boil
Gradually whisk in 5 dl water while stirring vigorously to prevent lumps. Bring the sauce to a boil.
Thicken the sauce
Let the sauce simmer gently for a few minutes until it thickens. Stir in 1 개 beef bouillon cube.
Season the sauce
Add 0.5 작은 술 salt and 0 dl white pepper. Mix well and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve
Serve the brown sauce hot, for example with meat dishes or potatoes.
