Fancy Ravioli

Klassinen kesäinen britakakku, jonka täytteeksi ja koristeeksi sopivat tuoreet marjat. Ihanteellinen kahvipöytään.

150 gvoita
1.5 dlsokeria
4 unkananmunan keltuaista
2 dlvehnäjauhoja
2 c. cháleivinjauhetta
1.5 dlmaitoa
4 unkananmunan valkuaista
2 dlsokeria
4 dlkuohukermaa
2 c. sopasokeria
10 dlmansikoita

Instruções

Prepare the base batter

Cream 150 g butter and 1.5 dl sugar. Add 4 un egg yolk one by one into the butter-sugar mixture, whisking thoroughly. Mix 2 dl wheat flour and 2 c. chá baking powder. Add the flour mixture and 1.5 dl milk alternately to the batter.

Spread on a baking sheet

Spread the batter in a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Prepare the meringue

Whisk 4 un egg white into a stiff foam. Gradually add 2 dl sugar while whisking until the mixture is firm and glossy.

Add meringue to the base

Spread the meringue mixture over the base batter.

Bake the cake

Bake at 175 degrees in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes.

Cool and cut

Let the cake sheet cool and cut it in half.

Prepare the filling

Cut 10 dl strawberries in half. Whip 4 dl heavy cream and flavor with 2 c. sopa sugar.

Assemble the cake

Place one cake layer on a suitable platter. Spread half of the whipped cream and half of the strawberries on top. Place the second cake layer on top.

Finish and decorate

Spread the remaining whipped cream on top. Decorate with strawberries.
