Britakakku

Klassinen kesäinen britakakku, jonka täytteeksi ja koristeeksi sopivat tuoreet marjat. Ihanteellinen kahvipöytään.

Ingredientes

16kananmunaa
150 gvoita
300 gsokeria
130 gvehnäjauhoja
10 mlleivinjauhetta
150 mlmaitoa
1000 mlmansikoita
400 mlkuohukermaa

Passos

Erottele kananmunat

Erottele 4 kananmunaa keltuaista ja 4 kananmunaa valkuaista omiin kulhoihinsa.

Valmista pohjataikina

Vaahdota 150 g voita ja 130 g sokeria. Lisää 4 kananmunaa keltuaista yksitellen voi-sokerivaahtoon huolellisesti vatkaten.

Lisää kuivat aineet ja maito

Sekoita 130 g vehnäjauhoja ja 10 ml leivinjauhetta keskenään. Lisää jauhoseos ja 150 ml maitoa vuorotellen taikinaan.

Levitä taikina pellille

Levitä taikina ohueksi kerrokseksi leivinpaperoidulle uunipellille.

Valmista marenki

Vatkaa 4 kananmunaa valkuaista kovaksi vaahdoksi. Lisää 170 g sokeria vähitellen jatkaen vatkaamista, kunnes seos on jäykkää ja kiiltävää.

Lisää marenki pohjan päälle

Levitä marenkiseos pohjataikinan päälle.

Paista kakku

Paista 175 asteessa uunin keskitasolla noin 20 minuuttia.

Jäähdytä ja leikkaa

Anna torttulevyn jäähtyä ja leikkaa se kahtia.

Valmistele täyte

Leikkaa 1000 ml mansikoita puoliksi. Vatkaa 400 ml kuohukermaa vaahdoksi ja mausta 30 ml sokeria.

Kokoa kakku

Nosta toinen torttulevy siviiliin tarjoiluvadille. Levitä päälle puolet kermavaahdosta ja puolet mansikoista. Nosta toinen torttulevy päälle.

Cuukbuuk is a recipe and cookbook service. You can save recipes and use AI features. We may update or remove features as needed.

3. Fair use

Where the service refers to unlimited use (e.g. recipe generation or edits), this means use without daily caps or credits for normal personal use. A fair use policy applies: automated or other unusually heavy or abusive load may result in limits.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.

9. Changes to terms

We may update the terms. We will inform you of significant changes (e.g. by email or in the service). By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms. We interpret the terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

The service is Finnish and is provided under Finnish law. Any disputes relating to the service shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
