Fancy Ravioli
Klassinen kesäinen britakakku, jonka täytteeksi ja koristeeksi sopivat tuoreet marjat. Ihanteellinen kahvipöytään.

지시사항
Cream 150 g butter and 1.5 dl sugar. Add 4 개 egg yolk one by one into the butter-sugar mixture, whisking thoroughly. Mix 2 dl wheat flour and 2 작은 술 baking powder. Add the flour mixture and 1.5 dl milk alternately to the batter.
Spread the batter in a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Whisk 4 개 egg white into a stiff foam. Gradually add 2 dl sugar while whisking until the mixture is firm and glossy.
Spread the meringue mixture over the base batter.
Bake at 175 degrees in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes.
Let the cake sheet cool and cut it in half.
Cut 10 dl strawberries in half. Whip 4 dl heavy cream and flavor with 2 큰 술 sugar.
Place one cake layer on a suitable platter. Spread half of the whipped cream and half of the strawberries on top. Place the second cake layer on top.
Spread the remaining whipped cream on top. Decorate with strawberries.
