
Spicy Wing Sauce
Fancy Ravioli
This rich and spicy sauce is designed specifically for chicken wings. It combines sweetness, heat, and acidity to create the taste of a traditional wing sauce, enhanced with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
| 50 g | butter |
| 1 pcs | red chili |
| 2 pcs | tomato |
| 5 ml | crushed garlic |
| 5 ml | paprika powder |
| 2.5 ml | salt |
| 2.5 ml | black pepper |
| 45 ml | ketchup |
| 15 ml | honey |
| 15 ml | white wine vinegar |
| 15 ml | soy sauce |
Instructions
Finely chop 1 pcs red chili and cut 2 pcs tomato into very small cubes.
Melt 50 g butter in a saucepan over medium heat until completely melted.
Add the chopped red chili and 5 ml crushed garlic to the butter and sauté for a moment.
Stir in the diced tomatoes along with 5 ml paprika powder, 2.5 ml salt, and 2.5 ml black pepper.
Add 45 ml ketchup, 15 ml honey, 15 ml white wine vinegar, and 15 ml soy sauce to the saucepan.
Let the sauce simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and the sauce thickens.
If desired, blend the sauce with an immersion blender until smooth before pouring it over cooked chicken wings.
