Hambúrguer de Queijo Caseiro

250 mlágua
1fermento seco
5 mlaçúcar
420 gfarinha de trigo
3 mlsal
50 gmanteiga

Passos

Prepare a massa

Misture 250 ml água, 1 fermento seco e 5 ml açúcar em uma tigela. Deixe descansar por 10 minutos.

Adicione farinha e sal

Adicione 420 g farinha de trigo e 3 ml sal à mistura de levedura. Sove a massa.

Adicione manteiga e sove

Adicione 50 g manteiga e sove. Cubra e deixe crescer por 45 minutos.

Modele os pães

Divida a massa em 4 partes e modele-as em pães numa assadeira.
