Homemade Cheeseburger
Enjoy perfect homemade burgers, full of flavor and juiciness. This recipe includes homemade buns, seasoned mayonnaise, and juicy patties.
Ingrediënten
250 mlwater
1dry yeast
5 mlsugar
420 gwheat flour
3 mlsalt
50 gbutter
Stappen
Prepare the dough
Mix 250 ml water, 1 dry yeast and 5 ml sugar in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add flour and salt
Add 420 g wheat flour and 3 ml salt to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough.
Add butter and knead
Add 50 g butter and knead. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
Shape the buns
Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape them into buns on a baking tray.
