Pekonista valmistettu tulinen kiusaus on täydellistä talviruokaa.

280 gpekoni
1000 gperuna-sipulisekoitus
1 tlsuola
0.5 tlmustapippuri
1 tlchilihiutaleet
4 dlruokakerma

Instructies

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Prepare the bacon and dish

Slice 280 g bacon and brown it in a pan. Grease the ovenproof dish.

Add the potato-onion mix

Spread half of the 1000 g potato-onion mix into the greased dish.

Add the bacon

Spread the browned bacon on top of the potato-onion mix.

Add remaining ingredients and season

Add the rest of the potato-onion mix, 1 tl salt, 0.5 tl black pepper, and 1 tl chili flakes on top.

Add the cream

Pour 4 dl cooking cream evenly over the casserole.

Bake the casserole

Bake on the lower shelf of the oven for 50 minutes.

Finish and serve

Let the casserole rest for a moment before serving.
