Instructies

Preheat the oven and prepare the potatoes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and cut 1000 g potatoes into wedges. Toss the wedges with 2 el rapeseed oil, 1 tl salt, 0.5 tl black pepper, and 1 el grill seasoning.

Prepare the ribs

Cut 1000 g pork ribs into smaller pieces if they are very large. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Add the remaining 1 el rapeseed oil to the ribs.

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake

Spread the seasoned potatoes and seasoned ribs on a lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Make sure they are not too crowded for even cooking. Bake in the center of the oven for about 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, and the ribs are tender and colored. Turn the potatoes and ribs halfway through.

Finish in a pan if needed

If you want the ribs extra crispy, you can finish them quickly in a hot frying pan for a few minutes on each side after baking. This step is optional.

Serve

Serve the succulent ribs with the cooked potatoes.
