Pork ribs with potato wedges
Tender pork ribs served with crispy potato wedges.
Ingredients
Steps
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and cut 1000 g potatoes into wedges. Mix 30 ml rapeseed oil, 5 g salt, 2 g black pepper, and 10 g grill seasoning with the potato wedges.
Cut 1000 g pork ribs into smaller pieces if they are very large. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Mix the remaining 15 ml rapeseed oil with the ribs.
Spread the seasoned potatoes and ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in an ovenproof dish. Ensure they are not too crowded to cook evenly. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45-60 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked and nicely browned, and the ribs are tender and colored. Turn the potatoes and ribs halfway through cooking.
If you want the ribs extra crispy, you can finish them quickly in a hot frying pan for a few minutes on both sides after cooking. This step is optional.
Serve the succulent ribs with the cooked potatoes.
