Ingredients
| 1000 g | Pork ribs |
| 1000 g | Potatoes |
| 45 ml | Rapeseed oil |
| 5 ml | Salt |
| 15 ml | Grill seasoning |
| 2.5 ml | Black pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and cut 1000 g potatoes into wedges. Toss the wedges with 30 ml rapeseed oil, 5 ml salt, 2.5 ml black pepper, and 15 ml grill seasoning.
Cut 1000 g pork ribs into smaller pieces if they are very large. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Add the remaining 15 ml rapeseed oil to the ribs.
Spread the seasoned potatoes and seasoned ribs on a lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Make sure they are not too crowded for even cooking. Bake in the center of the oven for about 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, and the ribs are tender and colored. Turn the potatoes and ribs halfway through.
If you want the ribs extra crispy, you can finish them quickly in a hot frying pan for a few minutes on each side after baking. This step is optional.
Serve the succulent ribs with the cooked potatoes.
