Fancy Ravioli

A traditional, soft pizza crust perfect for making a crispy homemade pizza.

Ingredients

250 mlwarm water
11 gdry yeast
5 gsalt
50 gmelted butter
450 gwheat flour

Instructions

Activate yeast

Mix 250 ml warm water and 11 g dry yeast in a bowl. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

Add ingredients

Mix in 5 g salt, 50 g melted butter, and a portion of the 450 g wheat flour.

Knead the dough

Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough until it is elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Rise

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.

7. Liability
