Täydellinen perusohje helppoihin ja herkullisiin, kuitupitoisiin sämpylöihin, jotka tuovat ihanaa tuoksua kotiin. Maidoton ohje.

Ingredients

500 mlvettä
11 gkuivahiivaa
30 mlsiirappia
5 mlsuolaa
715 gvehnäjauhoja
50 mlrypsiöljyä

Steps

Valmistele hiivaseos

Lämmitä 500 ml vettä kädenlämpöiseksi (n. 45°C). Liuota 11 g kuivahiivaa lämpimään veteen.

Lisää siirappi

Lisää sekaan 30 ml siirappia.

Sekoita suola ja jauhot

Sekoita 5 ml suolaa ja 65 g vehnäjauhoja ja lisää kulhoon.

Lisää öljy ja jauhot

Lisää vähitellen taikinaan noin 650 g vehnäjauhoja ja alusta taikinaksi.

Lisää öljy

Lisää lopuksi 50 ml rypsiöljyä. Taikinan tulisi olla hieman löysähköä, jotta sämpylöistä tulee kuohkeita.

Kohota taikina

Peitä kulho liinalla tai kelmulla ja anna taikinan kohota kaksinkertaiseksi lämpimässä paikassa. Varaa tähän noin 45 minuuttia.

Muotoile ja asettele sämpylät pellille

Kumoa kohonnut taikina kevyesti jauhotetulle leivinalustalle. Ota kämmenelle sopiva pala taikinaa ja pyörittele se kevyesti. Asettele muotoilemasi sämpylät leivinpaperilla vuoratulle uunipellille.

Esilämmitä uuni

Laita uuni kuumenemaan 225-asteiseksi.

Anna sämpylöiden kohota toisen kerran

Peitä pellille asetetut sämpylät liinalla ja anna niiden kohota vielä noin 20 minuuttia.

Paista sämpylät

Paista sämpylöitä 225-asteisen uunin keskitasolla noin 15 minuuttia, kunnes ne ovat kauniisti kullanruskeita.
