800 gpotatoes
45 mlrapeseed oil
5 mlsalt
5 mlpaprika powder
2.5 mldried thyme
1.25 mlblack pepper

Steps

Preheat the oven

Prepare the potatoes

Wash the 800 g potatoes thoroughly with a vegetable brush and dry them with paper towels.

Cut into wedges

Bake in the oven

Bake the potato wedges in the oven at 225 degrees for 30 minutes, until they are soft and have a beautiful color.
