Lohkoperunat ovat uunissa paahdettuja perunaviipaleita, jotka maustetaan öljyllä ja yrteillä. Ne ovat täydellinen lisuke lihalle, kalalle tai burgereille.

800 guuniperunaa
3 c. à s.rypsiöljyä
1 c. à c.suolaa
1 c. à c.paprikajauhetta
0.5 c. à c.kuivattua timjamia
0 dlmustapippuria

Instructions

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees so it is ready when the potatoes are prepared.

Prepare the potatoes

Wash the 800 g potatoes thoroughly with a vegetable brush and dry them with paper towels.

Cut into wedges

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, and cut each half into 3–4 wedges.

Mix the seasoned oil

In a bowl, mix 3 c. à s. rapeseed oil, 1 c. à c. salt, 1 c. à c. paprika powder, 0.5 c. à c. dried thyme, and 0 dl black pepper.

Season the potatoes

Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the oil mixture and toss so that they are evenly coated.

Arrange on the tray

Spread the seasoned potato wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skins facing down.

Bake in the oven

Bake the potato wedges in the oven at 225 degrees for 30 minutes, until they are soft and have a beautiful color.
