Ingredients
| 400 g | Rice (cooked and chilled) |
| 200 g | Shrimp (cooked, peeled) |
| 2 pcs | Eggs |
| 1 pcs | Carrot |
| 150 g | Broccoli |
| 100 g | Peas |
| 2 pcs | Garlic clove |
| 15 ml | Soy sauce |
| 15 ml | Sesame oil |
| 30 ml | Rapeseed oil |
| 5 ml | Sugar |
| 2.5 ml | Salt |
| 1.3 ml | White pepper |
| 2 pcs | Spring onion |
Instructions
Peel and dice 1 pcs Carrot into small cubes. Rinse and chop 150 g Broccoli into small florets. Peel and mince 2 pcs Garlic clove. Chop the 2 pcs Spring onion. Whisk 2 pcs Eggs lightly. Thaw 100 g Peas.
Heat 15 ml Rapeseed oil in a pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook as a thin omelette. Remove from the pan, let cool, and cut into strips.
Add 15 ml Rapeseed oil to the pan. Add the carrot and broccoli. Sauté on high heat for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and peas. Sauté for one more minute.
Add 400 g Rice (cooked and chilled) and 200 g Shrimp (cooked, peeled). Stir well and fry on high heat for 5 minutes, until the rice is hot.
Add 15 ml Soy sauce, 5 ml Sugar, 2.5 ml Salt and 1.3 ml White pepper. Stir in the prepared egg strips and 15 ml Sesame oil. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve immediately while hot. Garnish with the spring onion.
