400 gRiisi (keitetty ja jäähdytetty)
200 gKatkaravut (kypsät, kuoritut)

1 个Porkkana
150 gParsakaali
100 gHerneitä
2 个Valkosipulinkynsi
1 汤匙Soijakastike
1 汤匙Seesamiöljy
2 汤匙Rypsiöljy
1 茶匙Sokeri
0.5 茶匙Suola
0 dlValkopippuri
2 个Kevätsipuli

Prepare vegetables and eggs

Peel and dice 1 个 Carrot into small cubes. Rinse and chop 150 g Broccoli into small florets. Peel and mince 2 个 Garlic clove. Chop the 2 个 Spring onion. Whisk 2 个 Eggs lightly. Thaw 100 g Peas.

Cook the eggs

Heat 1 汤匙 Rapeseed oil in a pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook as a thin omelette. Remove from the pan, let cool, and cut into strips.

Sauté vegetables

Add 1 汤匙 Rapeseed oil to the pan. Add the carrot and broccoli. Sauté on high heat for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and peas. Sauté for one more minute.

Add rice and shrimp

Add 400 g Rice (cooked and chilled) and 200 g Shrimp (cooked, peeled). Stir well and fry on high heat for 5 minutes, until the rice is hot.

Season and finish

Add 1 汤匙 Soy sauce, 1 茶匙 Sugar, 0.5 茶匙 Salt and 0 dl White pepper. Stir in the prepared egg strips and 1 汤匙 Sesame oil. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve

Serve immediately while hot. Garnish with the spring onion.

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.
