
Paistettu riisi katkaravulla
Fancy Ravioli
Nopea ja helppo paistettu riisi -ateria, jossa yhdistyvät mehevät katkaravut, raikas parsakaali ja herkulliset vihannekset. Täydellinen arkiateria.
Ingredientes
| 400 g | Riisi (keitetty ja jäähdytetty) |
| 200 g | Katkaravut (kypsät, kuoritut) |
| 2 un | Kananmunat |
| 1 un | Porkkana |
| 150 g | Parsakaali |
| 100 g | Herneitä |
| 2 un | Valkosipulinkynsi |
| 1 c. sopa | Soijakastike |
| 1 c. sopa | Seesamiöljy |
| 2 c. sopa | Rypsiöljy |
| 1 c. chá | Sokeri |
| 0.5 c. chá | Suola |
| 0 dl | Valkopippuri |
| 2 un | Kevätsipuli |
Instruções
Peel and dice 1 un Carrot into small cubes. Rinse and chop 150 g Broccoli into small florets. Peel and mince 2 un Garlic clove. Chop the 2 un Spring onion. Whisk 2 un Eggs lightly. Thaw 100 g Peas.
Heat 1 c. sopa Rapeseed oil in a pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook as a thin omelette. Remove from the pan, let cool, and cut into strips.
Add 1 c. sopa Rapeseed oil to the pan. Add the carrot and broccoli. Sauté on high heat for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and peas. Sauté for one more minute.
Add 400 g Rice (cooked and chilled) and 200 g Shrimp (cooked, peeled). Stir well and fry on high heat for 5 minutes, until the rice is hot.
Add 1 c. sopa Soy sauce, 1 c. chá Sugar, 0.5 c. chá Salt and 0 dl White pepper. Stir in the prepared egg strips and 1 c. sopa Sesame oil. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve immediately while hot. Garnish with the spring onion.
