
Kermainen Lohikeitto
Smoky Quiche
Perinteinen suomalainen kermainen lohikeitto on lämmittävä ja maanläheinen ruoka, joka sopii täydellisesti viileisiin päiviin. Tässä reseptissä yhdistyvät lohen miedot maut, perunat ja kerma herkulliseksi ja täyttäväksi ateriaksi.
Ingredientes
| 400 g | lohta (pala tai filee) |
| 500 g | perunaa |
| 2 un | porkkanaa |
| 0.5 un | purjoa |
| 7 dl | kala- tai kasvislientä |
| 2 dl | kuohu- tai ruokakermaa |
| 30 g | voita |
| 2 c. sopa | hienonnettua tilliä |
| 1 c. chá | suolaa |
| 0.5 c. chá | valkopippuria |
| 1 un | laakerinlehteä |
Instruções
Peel and wash 500 g potatoes and 2 carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into thin slices. Rinse and slice 0.5 un leek into thin rings.
Heat 30 g butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the potatoes, carrots, and leek. Sauté for 5 minutes until they soften slightly.
Pour in 7 dl fish or vegetable stock and add 1 un bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are nearly tender, about 15 minutes.
Cut 400 g salmon (skinless and boneless) into 3 cm pieces.
Add the salmon to the soup and cook for 6 minutes. Then pour in 2 dl heavy or cooking cream and stir gently.
Season with 1 c. chá salt and 0.5 c. chá white pepper. Remove the bay leaf. Finally, stir in 2 c. sopa chopped dill.
Let the soup rest for a moment. Serve hot with fresh bread.
