Fancy Ravioli
Perinteinen suomalainen lohikeitto on lämmittävä ja maanläheinen ruoka, joka sopii täydellisesti viileisiin päiviin. Tässä reseptissä yhdistyvät lohen miedot maut, perunat ja kirkas liemi herkulliseksi ja täyttäväksi ateriaksi.
Ingredientes
| 300 g | lohi |
| 500 g | peruna |
| 2 un | porkkana |
| 1 un | purjo |
| 1 un | kalaliemikuutio |
| 2 c. sopa | tilli |
| 1 c. chá | suola |
| 0.5 c. chá | valkopippuri |
| 1 un | laakerinlehti |
Instruções
Peel and wash 500 g potatoes and 2 un carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into thin slices or half-moons.
Rinse and chop 1 un leek into thin rings.
Place the potatoes, carrots, and leek into a pot. Add 1000 ml of water and dissolve 1 un fish stock cube into it. Add 1 un bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer until the potatoes are nearly tender, 15 minutes.
Cut 300 g salmon (boneless and skinless) into 3 cm cubes.
Add the salmon pieces to the soup and let them cook for 7 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through.
Season the soup with 1 c. chá salt and 0.5 c. chá white pepper. Check the flavor and adjust with more salt or pepper if needed.
Remove the bay leaf from the soup. Stir in 2 c. sopa dill before serving. Let the soup rest for a moment and serve immediately with fresh bread.
