Fancy Ravioli

Perinteinen suomalainen lohikeitto on lämmittävä ja maanläheinen ruoka, joka sopii täydellisesti viileisiin päiviin. Tässä reseptissä yhdistyvät lohen miedot maut, perunat ja kirkas liemi herkulliseksi ja täyttäväksi ateriaksi.

Anweisungen

Prepare the vegetables

Peel and wash 500 g potatoes and 2 Stk carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into thin slices or half-moons.

Chop the leek

Rinse and chop 1 Stk leek into thin rings.

Boil the vegetables in broth

Place the potatoes, carrots, and leek into a pot. Add 1000 ml of water and dissolve 1 Stk fish stock cube into it. Add 1 Stk bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer until the potatoes are nearly tender, 15 minutes.

Prepare the salmon

Cut 300 g salmon (boneless and skinless) into 3 cm cubes.

Cook the salmon

Add the salmon pieces to the soup and let them cook for 7 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through.

Season the soup

Season the soup with 1 TL salt and 0.5 TL white pepper. Check the flavor and adjust with more salt or pepper if needed.

Finish and serve

Remove the bay leaf from the soup. Stir in 2 EL dill before serving. Let the soup rest for a moment and serve immediately with fresh bread.
