
Paistetut muikut
Fancy Ravioli
Perinteiset paistetut muikut ovat suomalainen toriklassikko. Kalat pyöritellään ruisjauhoissa ja paistetaan runsaassa voissa pannulla kullanruskeiksi ja rapeiksi.
Ingredientes
| 500 g | perattuja muikkuja |
| 1.5 dl | karkeita ruisjauhoja |
| 1 c. chá | suolaa |
| 0.5 c. chá | valkopippuria |
| 50 g | voita |
Instruções
Prepare the breading
Mix 1.5 dl coarse rye flour, 1 c. chá salt and 0.5 c. chá white pepper on a plate or in a plastic bag.
Bread the vendace
Dry 500 g cleaned vendace with paper towels and roll them in the rye flour mixture until evenly coated.
Heat the pan
Heat a frying pan and melt half of the 25 g butter until it stops foaming and takes on a little color.
Fry the fish
Place half of the breaded vendace in the pan and fry for 3 minutes per side until crispy.
Fry the remaining fish
Remove the cooked fish to a serving platter, add the remaining 25 g butter to the pan, and fry the remaining vendace in the same way until golden brown.
