
Spaghetti and Ground Meat Sauce
Fancy Ravioli
Traditional and tasty ground meat sauce served with spaghetti. Easy and quick to prepare for everyday meals.
Ingredients
| 400 g | spaghetti |
| 400 g | ground meat |
| 400 ml | pasta sauce |
| 200 ml | cooking cream |
| 8 ml | rapeseed oil |
| 8 ml | olive oil |
| 3 g | salt |
| 2 g | black pepper |
| 100 ml | water |
Instructions
Prepare the water
Bring water to a boil in a pot and add 3 g salt.
Cook the spaghetti
Add 400 g spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions.
Brown the meat
Heat 8 ml rapeseed oil in a pan and brown the 400 g ground meat.
Season
Season the ground meat with 2 g black pepper.
Add sauce ingredients
Add 400 ml pasta sauce and 100 ml water to the pan.
Finish the sauce
Stir in 200 ml cooking cream and let simmer for 5.
Drain and serve
Drain the spaghetti and stir in 8 ml olive oil.
