Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

A traditional and flavorful meat sauce finished with a rich tomato sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients

2.5 gsalt
400 gspaghetti
7.5 mlrapeseed oil
400 gminced meat
5 gblack pepper
400 mlcrushed tomatoes
100 mlwater
50 gParmigiano Reggiano
7.5 mlolive oil

Steps

Prepare the water

Bring water to a boil in a pot and add 2.5 g salt.

Boil the spaghetti

Add 400 g spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions.

Brown the meat

Heat 7.5 ml rapeseed oil in a pan and brown the 400 g minced meat.

Season

Season the minced meat with 5 g black pepper.

Add sauce ingredients

Add 400 ml crushed tomatoes and 100 ml water to the pan.

Finish the sauce

Stir in grated 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano and let simmer for 5 min.

Drain and serve

Drain the spaghetti and stir in 7.5 ml olive oil.

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.
