
Meatballs
Salty Curry
Traditional and juicy minced meat balls, flavored with onion, parsley, and cream. These meatballs are perfect for serving with mashed potatoes and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
| 1 pcs | small onion |
| 100 ml | breadcrumbs |
| 1 pcs | egg |
| 100 ml | cream |
| 30 ml | fresh flat-leaf parsley |
| 400 g | ground beef |
| 30 ml | sour cream |
| 6 g | salt |
| 3 ml | Tabasco |
| 3 ml | black pepper |
| 30 ml | butter |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and finely chop 1 pcs small onion.
Mix 100 ml cream and 100 ml breadcrumbs in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.
Add 1 pcs egg, 30 ml sour cream, 6 g salt, 3 ml Tabasco, and 3 ml black pepper to the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix until uniform.
Chop 30 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley and add it to the spice mixture.
Add 400 g ground beef and the chopped onion to the bowl. Mix into a uniform dough.
With moistened hands, roll the dough into small meatballs.
Heat 30 ml butter in a pan and brown the meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
