Salty Curry
Perinteiset ja mehevät jauhelihapyörykät, jotka saavat makua sipulista, persiljasta ja kermasta. Nämä lihapullat sopivat täydellisesti tarjoiltavaksi perunamuusin ja kermakastikkeen kera.
Ingrediënten

| 1 dl | korppujauhoja |
| 1 st | kananmuna |
| 1 dl | kermaa |
| 2 el | tuoretta lehtipersiljaa |
| 400 g | naudanjauhelihaa |
| 2 el | kermaviiliä |
| 6 g | suolaa |
| 0.5 tl | Tabascoa |
| 0.5 tl | mustapippuria |
| 2 el | voita |
Instructies
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and finely chop 1 st small onion.
Mix 1 dl cream and 1 dl breadcrumbs in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.
Add 1 st egg, 2 el sour cream, 6 g salt, 0.5 tl Tabasco, and 0.5 tl black pepper to the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix until uniform.
Chop 2 el fresh flat-leaf parsley and add it to the spice mixture.
Add 400 g ground beef and the chopped onion to the bowl. Mix into a uniform dough.
With moistened hands, roll the dough into small meatballs.
Heat 2 el butter in a pan and brown the meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
