Salty Curry
Perinteiset ja mehevät jauhelihapyörykät, jotka saavat makua sipulista, persiljasta ja kermasta. Nämä lihapullat sopivat täydellisesti tarjoiltavaksi perunamuusin ja kermakastikkeen kera.
Ingredientes
| 1 ud | pieni sipuli |
| 1 dl | korppujauhoja |
| 1 ud | kananmuna |
| 1 dl | kermaa |
| 2 cda | tuoretta lehtipersiljaa |
| 400 g | naudanjauhelihaa |
| 2 cda | kermaviiliä |
| 6 g | suolaa |
| 0.5 cdta | Tabascoa |
| 0.5 cdta | mustapippuria |
| 2 cda | voita |
Instrucciones
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and finely chop 1 ud small onion.
Mix 1 dl cream and 1 dl breadcrumbs in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.
Add 1 ud egg, 2 cda sour cream, 6 g salt, 0.5 cdta Tabasco, and 0.5 cdta black pepper to the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix until uniform.
Chop 2 cda fresh flat-leaf parsley and add it to the spice mixture.
Add 400 g ground beef and the chopped onion to the bowl. Mix into a uniform dough.
With moistened hands, roll the dough into small meatballs.
Heat 2 cda butter in a pan and brown the meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
