Salty Curry

| 0.5 小さじ | mustapippuria |

手順
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and finely chop 1 個 small onion.
Mix 1 dl cream and 1 dl breadcrumbs in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.
Add 1 個 egg, 2 大さじ sour cream, 6 g salt, 0.5 小さじ Tabasco, and 0.5 小さじ black pepper to the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix until uniform.
Chop 2 大さじ fresh flat-leaf parsley and add it to the spice mixture.
Add 400 g ground beef and the chopped onion to the bowl. Mix into a uniform dough.
With moistened hands, roll the dough into small meatballs.
Heat 2 大さじ butter in a pan and brown the meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
