Perinteiset ja mehevät jauhelihapyörykät, jotka saavat makua sipulista, persiljasta ja kermasta. Nämä lihapullat sopivat täydellisesti tarjoiltavaksi perunamuusin ja kermakastikkeen kera.

400 gnaudanjauhelihaa
2 큰 술kermaviiliä

Preheat oven and prepare onion

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and finely chop 1 개 small onion.

Soak breadcrumbs

Mix 1 dl cream and 1 dl breadcrumbs in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.

Add liquids and spices

Add 1 개 egg, 2 큰 술 sour cream, 6 g salt, 0.5 작은 술 Tabasco, and 0.5 작은 술 black pepper to the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix until uniform.

Prepare parsley

Chop 2 큰 술 fresh flat-leaf parsley and add it to the spice mixture.

Mix the meat dough

Add 400 g ground beef and the chopped onion to the bowl. Mix into a uniform dough.

Shape the meatballs

With moistened hands, roll the dough into small meatballs.

Fry the meatballs

Heat 2 큰 술 butter in a pan and brown the meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until fully cooked.

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.
