Salty Curry

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and finely chop 1 पीस small onion.
Mix 100 ml cream and 100 ml breadcrumbs in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.
Add 1 पीस egg, 30 ml sour cream, 6 g salt, 3 ml Tabasco, and 3 ml black pepper to the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix until uniform.
Chop 30 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley and add it to the spice mixture.
Add 400 g ground beef and the chopped onion to the bowl. Mix into a uniform dough.
With moistened hands, roll the dough into small meatballs.
Heat 30 ml butter in a pan and brown the meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
