
Spagetti ja Jauhelihakastike
Fancy Ravioli
Perinteinen ja maukas jauhelihakastike spagetin kera. Helppo ja nopea valmistaa arkeen sopivaksi.
Ingrédients
| 400 g | spagetti |
| 400 g | jauheliha |
| 4 dl | pastakastike |
| 2 dl | ruokakerma |
| 0.5 c. à s. | rypsiöljy |
| 0.5 c. à s. | oliiviöljy |
| 3 g | suola |
| 2 g | mustapippuri |
| 1 dl | vesi |
Instructions
Prepare the water
Bring water to a boil in a pot and add 3 g salt.
Cook the spaghetti
Add 400 g spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions.
Brown the meat
Heat 0.5 c. à s. rapeseed oil in a pan and brown the 400 g ground meat.
Season
Season the ground meat with 2 g black pepper.
Add sauce ingredients
Add 4 dl pasta sauce and 1 dl water to the pan.
Finish the sauce
Stir in 2 dl cooking cream and let simmer for 5.
Drain and serve
Drain the spaghetti and stir in 0.5 c. à s. olive oil.
