Una cazuela picante de patata y tocino, perfecta como comida reconfortante de invierno.

Ingredientes

280 gtocino
1000 gmezcla de patata y cebolla
1 cdtasal
0.5 cdtapimienta negra
1 cdtacopos de chile
4 dlnata para cocinar

Instrucciones

Precalentar el horno

Precalentar el horno a 200 grados.

Preparar el tocino y el molde

Cortar 280 g tocino en tiras y dorarlo en una sartén. Engrasar una fuente para horno.

Añadir la mezcla de patata y cebolla

Extender la mitad de la 1000 g mezcla de patata y cebolla en la fuente engrasada.

Añadir el tocino

Extender el tocino dorado sobre la mezcla de patata y cebolla.

Añadir el resto de ingredientes y sazonar

Añadir el resto de la mezcla de patata y cebolla, y espolvorear con 1 cdta sal, 0.5 cdta pimienta negra y 1 cdta copos de chile.

Añadir la nata

Verter 4 dl nata para cocinar uniformemente sobre la cazuela.

Hornear la cazuela

Hornear en la rejilla inferior del horno durante 50 minutos.

Finalizar y servir

Dejar reposar la cazuela un momento antes de servir.
