Instrucciones
Bring 1 ud pork loin steak to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking for more even results.
Pat the surface of the steak dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the steak with 1 cda olive oil.
Season evenly on both sides with 3 g salt, 1 g freshly ground black pepper, 1 g garlic powder, and 1 g dried thyme or rosemary.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Place the steak into the air fryer basket in a single layer to allow air circulation.
Cook at 200 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip the steak halfway through at 6 minutes.
Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest under foil for 5 minutes.
Serve the rested steak immediately with your preferred sides.
