
Stir-fried Romaine Lettuce with Garlic

Wash the 400 g Romaine lettuce (Youmaicai) and cut into sections about 5 cm long.
Peel the 3 Garlic cloves and mince them into fine pieces.
In a small bowl, mix 10 g Cornstarch and 30 ml Water to make a starch slurry.
Pour 30 ml Vegetable oil into a wok, heat over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the cut lettuce, turn to high heat, and stir-fry quickly until the leaves soften slightly.
Add 15 ml Light soy sauce, 5 g Sugar, and 2 ml Salt, then stir-fry evenly to let the vegetables absorb the flavors.
Add the softened goji berries, pour in the prepared starch slurry, and stir-fry quickly until the sauce becomes clear and thick.
